Alan Heckler founded the law firm in 1978 where he practiced exclusively in the area of immigration, nationality, and consular law. Alan offered a unique breadth of immigration counseling services throughout the United States and worldwide. He earned prominence in this field, serving as counsel to multinational corporations, medium and small businesses, public and private institutions, educational facilities, families and individuals.

Managing Partner

Jenna Heckler has been practicing law primarily in immigration and corporate law. She serves as counsel to emerging businesses multinational corporations, public and private institutions, educational facilities, families and individuals. Jenna enjoys helping businesses and international clientele grow to their full potential. Prior to joining the firm, Jenna worked at an immigration and employment firm focusing on providing clients with green cards, EB-5, EB-1/2, H1B, and L1 visas.

Senior Paralegal Manager

Maria Quintana has been a Paralegal with our firm since 1992. Her tenure with the firm has resulted in extensive expertise in immigration law. She oversees all of the various types of cases we handle, including employment-based permanent resident applications, family-based applications, naturalization, H-1B and other work permits. Born in Puerto Rico and raised in New York City, Maria is bilingual and has used her fluency in Spanish throughout her entire career. Her excellent communication, grammar and computer skills contribute greatly to the professionalism that we have always strived to demonstrate. Maria is a self-described “book junkie”, sings at church, and also enjoys knitting, crocheting and doing jigsaw puzzles in her spare time.

Paralegal

Patricia Pole has been a Paralegal with our firm since 2007. Starting in our New Jersey Office, she now manages the California office and is enjoying the west coast lifestyle. Patricia is a dedicated worker, and has strong research, interpersonal and computer skills. Patricia experience is extensive and includes immigration law and estate planning. She is a California Notary and holds a California real estate license. Earlier in her career, she worked as an Executive Assistant in the entertainment industry on both the east and west coasts. She is an avid reader, loves to travel and spend time with her family on both the east and west coasts.

Paralegal

Debbie Frontera is a Paralegal and has been with our firm since 2000. She is a dedicated worker with strong customer service skills. Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, she has received her Associate’s degrees in Marketing Management as well as her Mutual Fund and Insurance license. Prior to joining the firm, she worked for various financial institutions including Shearson Lehman Bros, Smith Barney and Van Eck Global. She enjoys reading, movies and spending time with her family.
