Jenna Heckler practices immigration law exclusively. Jenna’s practice is focused on corporate and family-based immigration matters, including EB-1, NIW, PERM, H-1B, and L-1. She serves as counsel to emerging businesses, multinational corporations, public and private institutions, educational facilities, families, and individuals. Jenna is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association, and she is also a member of the New Jersey chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.

Alan E. Heckler
Alan Heckler founded the law firm in 1978, through which he practiced exclusively in the area of immigration, nationality, and consular law. Alan offered a unique breadth of immigration counseling services throughout the United States and worldwide. He earned prominence in this field, serving as counsel to multinational corporations, medium and small businesses, public and private institutions, educational facilities, families, and individuals.
Jake Kimmelman has been practicing law exclusively in the areas of personal injury, no-fault, medical malpractice, and workers compensation. His areas of experience include car accidents, slip-and-falls, trip-and-falls and other work and catastrophic personal related injuries.

Senior Paralegal Manager
Maria Quintana has been a Paralegal with our firm since 1992. Her tenure with the firm has resulted in extensive experience in immigration law. She oversees all of the various types of cases we handle, including employment-based permanent resident applications, family-based applications, naturalization, H-1B, and other work permits. Born in Puerto Rico and raised in New York City, Maria is bilingual and has used her fluency in Spanish throughout her entire career. Her excellent communication, grammar and computer skills contribute greatly to the professionalism that we have always strived to demonstrate. Maria is a self-described “book junkie,” sings at church, and also enjoys knitting, crocheting, and doing jigsaw puzzles in her spare time.
Patricia Pole has been a Paralegal with our firm since 2007. Starting in our New Jersey Office, she now manages the California office and is enjoying the west coast lifestyle. Patricia is a dedicated worker, and has strong research, interpersonal, and computer skills. Patricia's experience is extensive and includes immigration law and estate planning. She is a California Notary and holds a California real estate license. Earlier in her career, she worked as an Executive Assistant in the entertainment industry on both the east and west coasts. She is an avid reader and loves to travel and spend time with her family on both the east and west coasts.
Debbie Frontera is a Paralegal and has been with our firm since 2000. She is a dedicated worker with strong customer service skills. Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, she has received her Associate’s degrees in Marketing Management as well as her Mutual Fund and Insurance license. Prior to joining the firm, she worked for various financial institutions including Shearson Lehman Bros, Smith Barney, and Van Eck Global. She enjoys reading, watching movies, and spending time with her family.
James Aclao is a Paralegal with over 17 years of immigration law experience. His experience has afforded him extensive knowledge in diverse types of immigration matters, and he is always passionate about “delving” into a case to bring about the best possible outcome. Born in the Philippines, he is fluent in English and Tagalog and finds pleasure in working with people of different backgrounds, cultures, and ethnicities. James takes honor in supporting diverse groups of individuals. He loves to travel and enjoys outdoor activities; however, enjoying his family is his favorite pastime.
